Le décrochage scolaire au Québec : Résultats et simulation de politiques
We analyze labour market outcomes of high school drop-outs in Québec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia and compare them to those obtained by High School graduates. Our econometric model is capable of explaining why drop-out rates are higher among Québec males and stresses the role played by disincentives induced by the Québec welfare system.
