Jean-Philippe Meloche's study gets media coverage

Jean-Philippe Meloche, full professor at the Université de Montréal and CIRANO principal researcher on the Territories theme, has published the study "Replacing (eventually) the fuel tax with a kilometre-based tax" by the Chaire en fiscalité et en finances publiques with Michaël Robert-Angers (Université de Sherbrooke) and Luc Godbout (Université de Sherbrooke, CIRANO). The study received a wide media coverage.
