Seminar: Analytical Framework of Human Resources - Measure, Assess, and Decide to Optimize Human Capital Management

Tuesday 22 Jan 2019
From 12PM To 2PM

This seminar provided an overview of the book L'analytique ressources humaines - Mesurer, évaluer et décider pour optimiser la gestion du capital humain directed by Michel Cossette (HEC Montréal and CIRANO).

The book, written in collaboration with a number of HR professors and specialists, provides insights and tools on the performance of HR programs aimed at helping professionals to better structure and strengthen their analytical thinking and strategic efforts. Analytical grids and impact indicators are available to help them quantify HR performance against two indissociable aspects, efficiency and effectiveness. By learning how to control the methodological basics and applying them to various HR activities, HR professionals will optimize their role as business partners.
