Biography

A CIRANO Researcher since 2019, Jacinthe Cloutier is Assistant Professor and director of undergraduate programs in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Consumer Sciences at Université Laval.

Holding a Ph.D. in Psychology from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, her research interests are consumer behaviour, particularities of young and elderly consumers, and use of credit among university students.

For more than five years, she has been working on research projects aimed at evaluating various concepts such as employee or customer satisfaction, skills in the consumption of goods and services or personal finance.
