CIRANO's Board of Directors appointed Ms. Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin as President and Chief Executive Officer of the organization for a term of five years. She succeeds to Claude Montmarquette and came into office on August 29, 2016.

Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin is Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Industrial Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal. Since 2009, she is a Fellow and Vice President of the groups Risk and Sustainability Development at CIRANO.
