Ejan MacKaay, a member of CIRANO, is the author of the report examining the issues and foreseeable effects of a single price policy for books in Quebec. On August 21, 2013, Mr. Mackaay intervened before the Commission de la culture et de l'éducation regarding the regulation of the public sale price of new books.
