Nicolas Vincent, external Deputy Governor at the Banque du Canada, addresses Quebec economists on productivity challenges

Nicolas Vincent, External Deputy Governor of the Bank of Canada, delivered a speech entitled “Towards a Virtuous Circle for Productivity” to members of the Association des économistes québécois and CFA Québec.

In his address, Mr. Vincent highlighted the persistent challenges related to low productivity in Canada and outlined the levers required to reverse this trend, strengthen the resilience of the national economy, and improve overall living standards.
