Launch of the 4POINT0 white paper on the challenges and opportunities of innovation

4POINT0, the Partnership for the Organization of Innovation led by Catherine Beaudry, full professor at Polytechnique Montréal, CIRANO researcher and Fellow, launched its white paper on 27 March at CIRANO. This document marks the culmination of six years of research and exploration within innovation ecosystems. It highlights the challenges and opportunities associated with innovation in Canada, while proposing concrete ways to strengthen collaboration and maximise technological impact on a national scale.

The launch was followed by a day of reflection and discussion on the transition to sustainability and economic resilience in face of geopolitical and climate disruption, as well as on the co-development of public policies and the governance of ecosystems, with a focus on their evaluation and performance mechanisms.
