Congratulations to Marcelin Joanis, appointed co-director of the Michael D. Penner Institute on ESG Issues representing Polytechnique Montréal. Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin has been appointed member of the Board of Directors, also representing Polytechnique Montréal. Several CIRANO researchers will be involved in the Institute's various projects.
