CIRANO and its main partner for this activity, the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), will launch registrations for the Bourstad 2024 competition on January 16, 2024, between noon and 1 p.m.

It will be possible to participate in person or at distance.

To participate, registration is mandatory.

Benoit Desgroseillers, vice-president of talent development at Finance Montréal and honorary president of the Bourstad competition, Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin, president and CEO of CIRANO, and Me Alexandre Bardoux, regional director of regulation at OCRI and president of the jury for the Bourstad 2024 competition will be present as well as representatives of the competition's sponsors.

What is the Bourstad Challenge?

From February 12 to April 12, 2024, the participants in the 2024 Bourstad Challenge will manage a $200,000 virtual portfolio and invest this amount in different investment vehicles.
