Publication of the book «Gouverner en temps de pandémie» on April 27, 2022 under the direction of Stéphane Paquin, full professor at the École nationale d'administration publique (ÉNAP) and CIRANO researcher, of Robert Bernier and François Audet.

This book focuses on governance during a pandemic and the role of the state in relation to the crisis. Divided into 17 chapters, it provides a better understanding of the crisis and its consequences on institutions, society, education, economic development and public finances, to name but a few. It's intended for anyone involved in government decision-making in times of crisis, whether as a senior official or as a politician. Students in public administration and political science will also find it useful.

Three CIRANO researchers are involved in the writing of chapters of the book: Luc Godbout, Réjean Hébert and Marcelin Joanis.
