Join us on January 15, 2025, for the official launch of the 2025 Bourstad challenge, marking the opening of registrations!
The Bourstad 2025 challenge will take place from February 10 to April 11.
This event will start with remarks from the honorary president of the 2025 Bourstad challenge, Ms. Julie Paquin, Director of Financial Education at the Autorité des marchés financiers, the contest's main partner. Speeches will also be delivered by jury members and winners of Bourstad 2024. These addresses will be followed by an overview of the key features of the 2025 Bourstad challenge.
The second part of the evening will feature a conference on Economic Perspectives for 2025, where Matthieu Arseneau, Deputy Chief Economist at National Bank of Canada, will provide an analysis of current economic trends and share forecasts for the year 2025. Dalibor Stevanovic, Professor at ESG UQAM, Co-Holder of the ESG UQAM Chair in Macroeconomics and Forecasting, Principal Researcher, and Head of CIRANO Pole on Modeling of the Quebec economy, will then present the Chair and its tools. This conference will be moderated by Denis Lalonde, journalist and content editor for the Investir section of Les Affaires and Les Affaires Plus magazine, and will be followed by an interactive Q&A session with attendees.
To conclude the event, a cocktail reception will be offered to in-person participants.
