Analysis of the results of phase 2 (spring 2023) of the longitudinal project on hybrid work modes

CIRANO

Tuesday 26 Sep 2023
From 12PM To 1:30PM

What are the advantages and limitations of hybrid work? How can we optimize the benefits of hybrid work while taking into account the fundamental needs of people at work? A CIRANO team made up of Ali Béjaoui, Professor Université du Québec en Outaouais, Sylvie St-Onge, Professor HEC Montréal, Ingrid Peignier, CIRANO Senior Director of Partnerships and Research Valorization, and Felix Ballesteros Leiva, Professor Université Laval, is conducting an innovative longitudinal study that provides evidence to help employers make decisions about work organization.

This event will first compare results obtained during the two phases of the project (summer 2022 and spring 2023) with regard to the following attitudes of employees working under different hybrid work arrangements: productivity, commitment, performance, supports received, job satisfaction and satisfaction with work arrangement.

The research team will then present the results, specific to Phase 2 (Spring 2023) on the following attitudes of employees according to their hybrid work modality: Justice, well-being, burnout, balance between life spheres, satisfaction of the three basic needs at work and intention to leave their employer.

This event is by invitation only.
