Biography

A CIRANO Researcher and Fellow since 2012, Marie-Louise Leroux is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the École des sciences de la gestion of the Université du Québec à Montréal. She is also a member of the editorial board of the Public Finance Review and of The Geneva Papers on Risk and Insurance - Issues and Practices.

Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics, her research interests are public economics, political economics, health economics and economics of aging.

From 2007 untill 2011, she was Post-Doctoral Student in Economics at the Center for Operations Research and Econometrics (CORE), University of Louvain.
