Mélanie Bourassa Forcier, Lawyer, Associate Professor at the Université de Sherbrooke and Fellow at CIRANO, addressed the Commission de la santé et des services sociaux on March 11th as part of the consultation on Bill 81, an act to reduce the cost of certain drugs covered by the Quebec drug plan by allowing the use of a tender procedure.
