Alain Dubuc, CIRANO Invited Fellow, was appointed Officer to the Order of Canada on December 30 by the Governor General, David Johnston.

Mr. Dubuc will be invited to receive his insignia at a ceremony to be held at a later date. The Order of Canada, one of the highest honors of the country, was established in 1967 to recognize exemplary citizens.
