Maude Boulet, Associate Professor at the École nationale d'administration publique (ÉNAP) and CIRANO researcher, won the Outstanding Paper Award at the Emerald Literati Awards 2024 for the article « Demographic diversity, perceived workplace discrimination and workers' well-being: context matters » co-authored with Marie Lachapelle, research professional at Université Laval, and Sébastien Keiff, lecturer at ÉNAP.
This recognition highlights the contribution of their work to advancing scientific knowledge on the determinants of perceived workplace discrimination and its consequences on workers' well-being in Canada.
The article was published in the journal Evidence-based HRM: A Global Forum for Empirical Scholarship, by Emerald Publishing.
