Marcel Boyer, Professor Emeritus at the Université de Montréal and CIRANO Fellow, and Christian Gollier, Researcher at the Toulouse School of Economics, written a commentary for the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on proposed reforms to improve cost-benefit studies for regulatory changes and public project evaluations.
