CIRANO partner of a workshop on scientific advice for sustainable cities and communities at UQTR

Three CIRANO researchers, Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin, Polytechnique Montréal and CEO of CIRANO, Jean-Philippe Meloche (Université de Montréal) and Thierry Warin (HEC Montréal) participated in the workshop on scientific advice for sustainable cities and communities at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, a great opportunity to promote the CIRANO "Knowledge into action model" as well as the new International Francophone Network in Science Advice.

The researchers exchanged with Yves Arcand, director general for the City of Victoriaville, Simon Barnabé, scientific advisor for Victoriaville, Geneviève Dubois, Mayor of the City of Nicolet and Sébastien Turgeon, director general for the City of Nicolet.

Thanks to François William Croteau, former mayor of the borough council Rosemont - La Petite-Patrie (2009-2021), for hosting the two panels.
