Several members of CIRANO, of our Board of Directors as well as many partners and collaborators were present at the COP15 which was held in Montreal from December 7 to 19, 2023.

Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin, CIRANO's President and CEO, was part of the Finance Montréal delegation and was able to follow the rich and constructive exchanges during the many events! In particular during the «Finance and Biodiversity» day with Finance Montréal.
During this «Finance and Biodiversity» day, the Minister of Finance, Eric Girard, confirmed the mandate given to Finance Montréal to establish a roadmap for sustainable finance in Quebec.
