There is one month left to participate to the 2023 Policy and Fiscal Challenge!

Each year, CIRANO, in collaboration with the ministère des Finances du Québec, proposes an academic competition aimed at finding innovative and rigorous solutions to current public policy issues.

The competition is open to university students with a bachelor's degree (30 credits or more) and master's students in economics, political science, taxation or any other related field.

Winners will share $4,000 in prizes, as well as the opportunity to present their thoughts to a team of senior government officials and to complete a paid internship at the Ministère des Finances du Québec (MFQ).
