Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin, full professor at Polytechnique Montréal, CIRANO researcher and Fellow was the keynote speaker at the webinar organized by the Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor (SCT) in collaboration with the Fonds de recherche du Québec. 

More than 700 members of the public administration were present online to discuss the importance of data for informed decision making.

The Institut d'administration publique du Québec (IAPQ) then held a gala to present the Scientific Collaboration Award.

This award recognizes a team that has contributed to a project that has had a significant impact on public programs and policies and on the Quebec population, through the production, collection and use of evidence and scientific knowledge in all fields (health, nature and technology, society and culture).
