Catherine Haeck co-authored a chapter in the essay series « Impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Women in Canada »

The Royal Society of Canada has published a collection of essays on the « Impacts of the COVID19 Pandemic on Women in Canada » which is available online for free.

The report is a collection of briefs produced by a diverse group of experts from the academic, health and voluntary sectors. These briefs explain in more detail the impact that COVID 19 has had on women, girls and gender non-conforming people, recognizing that it has had distinct impacts for each of these groups. 

Catherine Haeck, Associate Professor at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), CIRANO researcher and Fellow is co-author with Kelly Foley and Christine Neill of the essay, Education During a Pandemic: Focus on Girls and Young Women.
