Jacques Forest, full professor at ESG UQAM and CIRANO researcher, received the Louise Dandurand award in September from the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Société Culture (FRQSC) for his article «La rémunération (n') est (pas) une question d'argent».

Holder of a PhD in work and organizational psychology from the Université de Montréal, Jacques Forest's research uses the theory of self-determination to try to determine how it's possible to reconcile performance and well-being in a sustainable manner.

The objectives of this monthly award are to promote and raise the profile of French-language research publications in Quebec and the Francophonie, to encourage open access to French-language research publications and to recognize the social relevance and impact of Quebec research.
