CIRANO is pleased to announce that Carole Vincent has joined the management team as Director of Knowledge Mobilization. 

Carole holds a PhD in Economics from Université Laval and has over 25 years of experience in developing and managing a wide range of research activities on various economic and social policy issues.

Prior to joining CIRANO, Carole was the Executive Director of the Quebec Interuniversity Centre interuniversitaire québécois de statistiques sociales (CIQSS). During her career, she has held key positions in various research organizations, including the Société de recherche sociale appliquée in Ottawa and the Institut de recherche en politiques publiques in Montreal. She has acted as a consultant for numerous government agencies, including the Secrétariat à la condition féminine du Québec, Emploi et Développement social Canada et la Commission d’examen sur la fiscalité québécoise as a Commissioner.
