Information tools on food, biofood products and food risks in Quebec

Bernard Korai, Associate Professor in the Department of Agri-Food Economics and Consumer Sciences at Laval University and CIRANO researcher, and Ibrahima Bocoum, Associate Professor at Laval University, recently published the study «Information tools on food, bio-food products and food risks in Quebec». This study analyses the factors contributing to the quality of food and nutritional information in Quebec, and how this affects the level of Quebecers’ food literacy. It also suggests potential avenues for promoting healthy eating habits.
