In Quebec City on November 24, Marcelin Joanis and Luc Godbout, professors at the Université de Sherbrooke and CIRANO Members, organized a symposium on Quebec in recession. The conference saw the launch of the book Le Québec économique 2009 : Le chemin parcouru depuis 40 ans.
