Experts and key industry players will discuss the impact of the uncertainty surrounding the U.S. tariffs, and the innovation and market diversification strategies needed to deal with it.The conference will address the challenges facing Quebec companies in a context of growing uncertainty linked to U.S. tariffs.
A panel will feature Éric Gervais, President, Groupe pharmaceutique Duchesnay, Francine Masson, EMBA, ADRIQ Consultant, Advisor and Coaching in Innovation Strategies, MPII (Best Practices in Integrated Innovation), François Gingras, MBA, Vice-President Innovation, Investissement Québec and Thierry Warin, PhD, Professor HEC Montréal, CIRANO Researcher and Fellow, Responsible for the CIRANO Pole in Data Science for Trade and Intermodal Transport.
Discussions will focus on the economic impact of these tariffs, particularly on supply chains, investments and long-term planning. We will also explore strategies that companies can put in place to mitigate these impacts, including market diversification, productivity optimization and organizational innovation.
Finally, we'll look at government support measures, alternatives to U.S. markets and initiatives to strengthen the resilience of Quebec companies in the face of these new realities.
