Workshop: Data Science at the Heart of the St. Lawrence - Great Lakes Corridor

3rd annual GVCdtLAB conference

CIRANO

Wednesday 12 Mar 2025
From 10AM To 5PM

Knowledge transfer workshop

In this year marked by economic and commercial uncertainty exacerbated by disruptions to global supply chains, protectionist shifts, and climate disruption, CIRANO invites its partners and players in transportation and trade in the St. Lawrence - Great Lakes region to attend a full day of knowledge transfer dedicated to professionals who want to learn how to connect to the CIRANO Data Science for Trade and Intermodal Transportation Pole's database, the GVCdtLAB. We'll explore how to combine your data with GVCdtLAB data and use QGIS to analyze spatial information layers in fine detail.

Under the scientific direction of GVCdtLAB principal researchers Thierry Warin (HEC Montréal, CIRANO) and Martin Trépanier (Polytechnique Montréal, CIRRELT).

Join us for two days of work and collaborative effort to shape the future of transport and trade in the SLGL region in the face of these global upheavals.

Places are limited - This event will be held in English.

NB: Invitation-only event. For further information, please contact Sarah Elimam (Sarah.Elimam@cirano.qc.ca
