reducing economic inequalities

Biography

I am driven by a deep passion for human behavior, individual development in the workplace and society, as well as academic and professional research.

I am currently a Faculty Lecturer, consultant, and a PhD candidate in organizational behavior under the supervision of Jacques Forest, Fellow CRHA. Whether focusing on organizational compensation practices or exploring the role of organizations in reducing inequalities, my research is directed toward achieving individual and collective well-being.

I am interested in the role of organizations in reducing economic inequalities through a behavioral lens focused on human motivation.
