Farnaz Taherkhani received her Ph.D. in Economics from McGill University in 2013. She joined the Economics and Finance Department at SQU in Fall 2014. Dr. Taherkhani’s research interests are focused on policy-oriented environmental economics and game theory. Currently, her main research interest focuses on firms and countries’ decision-making on mitigation and adaptation to climate change in the context of transboundary pollution games to see how individual decision-making affects other firms or countries well-being.
