Analyse évaluative des unités conventionnées et des unités autonomes de services
Analyse évaluative des unités conventionnées et des unités autonomes de services analyzes the contribution of financial easing and power delegations granted to units which have committed themselves by signing Accountability and Performance Agreements (APAs) and to autonomous service units (ASUs) as far as performance improvement is concerned. The results clearly show that the financial easing as well as easing of human resources burden are tied to the performance of both the committed units and the ASUs. Moreover, one of the most interesting points raised is that the combination of financial easing and easing of human resources burden has a greater impact on performance than if taken separately.[ - ]
