CIRANO is pleased to announce the appointment of three new researchers:
Jean-Félix Brouillette, Assistant Professor at HEC Montréal, has been appointed CIRANO Researcher in the theme Business Cycles and Financial Markets. He earned a PhD in Economics from Stanford University.
Arnaud Dragicevic, International Faculty Member at Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok, Thailand), has been appointed CIRANO Associate Researcher in the theme Sustainable Development and Agri-Food and Territories. He holds a PhD from École Polytechnique and a Habilitation à diriger des recherches (HDR) from Aix-Marseille School of Economics.
Philippe Goulet Coulombe, Professor at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), has been appointed CIRANO Researcher in the theme Economic and Fiscal Policy. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and serves as Associate Editor of the International Journal of Forecasting.
