Consent for the use and dissemination of photographs and video and audio recordings

CIRANO will take photographs or video or audio recordings during the event in which you participate. CIRANO takes these photographs or makes these recordings for the purposes of its activities and events and its printed and electronic promotional materials, including on the Internet in its own site or on social media sites. You may be recognized in the photographs or recordings, and your image in this case is considered personal information. CIRANO must comply with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

I AUTHORIZE CIRANO or its authorized representatives to photograph or record me on video or audio.

I AUTHORIZE CIRANO or its authorized representatives to use, reproduce and publish any image of my person, photographs or video and audio recordings where I can be recognized, made in the context of the event mentioned above, with or without my name, in whole or in part, individually or with other images or videos. On its website, other current or future social media sites, and its multimedia productions, all without sending me other notices or asking me to approve the photographs or video or audio recordings in their final form.

I WAIVE my right to privacy and any compensation to which I may be entitled in connection with the use of my name, including rights in a written copy arising from the production, alteration and promotion of a video, for images and material made for the event mentioned above.
