Montreal Applied Microeconomics Day

CIRANO

Friday 21 Nov 2025
From 8AM To 3PM

The Montreal Applied Microeconomics Day will be held on November 21, 2025, at CIRANO. This inclusive gathering, organized by Jean-François Gauthier, brought together researchers from various academic institutions who are passionate about applied economics.

This annual event is all about fostering a sense of community and collaboration among economists working on a wide range of applied microeconomic topics. The primary aim of this event is to create an environment where researchers can showcase their work, receive valuable feedback, and build meaningful connections with like-minded scholars.

At the heart of the Applied Microeconomics Day are one-hour presentations where researchers share their latest research and methodologies. The Montreal Applied Microeconomics Day contributes to the development of a welcoming and vibrant community of researchers dedicated to advancing our knowledge of applied microeconomics and its real-world implications.
