The Québec Mines + Energy 2023 congress aims to present the mining and energy potential of Quebec from a sustainable development perspective in the presence of Minister Maïté Blanchette Vézina Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests (MRNF) and Minister Pierre Fitzgibbon Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Energy of Quebec (MEIE).
This was an opportunity for CIRANO to present certain results of the study entitled: “Obstacles and incentives to the adoption of innovative technologies in the Quebec mining sector: an update on the decision-making process of investors in an ESG context”
This study, commissioned by the MISA Group, is co-carried out at CIRANO by Nathalie de Marcellis-Warin, Francois Vaillancourt, Ingrid Peignier, Thomas Gleize, Molivann Panot and Simon Losier.
