Philippe Faucher is an expert of major international economic organisations such as the WTO, the World Bank, the IMF and the G8. He is particularly interested in the political regimes of Latin America and most importantly that of Brazil. His current research centers on the political institutions in relation with the processes of development, the macro-economic politics of emerging powers and on oil revenues as factors of economic and political instability.
