Biography

Louis Raymond, Ph.D., is a emeritus professor and associate professor at École de gestion, Institut de recherche sur les PME at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. He was a professor in Information Systems at UQTR from 1980 to 2012. He held the Canada Research Chair in Business Performance.

His research focuses on the determinants of growth and competitiveness of SMEs, and on the other hand, the managerial, informational and operational practices associated with the performance of these companies.
