Conference Registration

The registration for the Montreal conference will be done through this website. Everyone attending the conference must register (presenters as well as non-presenters). There are two ways to register to the conference. The first one is to click on the "Online Registration" button at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to register online (Visa or Mastercard only). The second option is to fill out the pdf registration form (allows you to pay by credit card or CAD checks to CIRANO) and send it back to the attention of Julie Héroux one the following ways:

Note that if you pick the option to pay by check but we receive it after May 20th, you will have to pay the late registration fees no matter which date you filled the registration form.

To avoid late registration fees, make sure you register and pay before the May 20th deadline.

The registration fees, including taxes (7% GST and 7,5% PST), are the following (the conversion rate is about $1 CAD for $0.82 USD):

Registration	$125 CAD
Student Registration	$75 CAD
Late Registration (after May 20th deadline)	$160 CAD
Late Student Registration (after May 20th deadline)	$125 CAD

Registration the First Days of the Conference

There will be registration tables set up the first two days of the conference for those who were unable to register in advance. Payments will be able to be made by VISA / Mastercard, Check (to CIRANO, $CAD only) or cash ($CAD). If you plan on paying this way, please let us know in advance so we can prepare a name badge for you (herouxj@cirano.qc.ca). The registration tables will be set up the following way:

- Thursday, NRH reception room, 6pm - 8pm
- Friday, NRH reception room, 8:30am - 9:45am
- Friday, McGill Lorne Trottier building entrance, 10am - 3pm
- Friday, NRH reception room, 4:30pm - 5:30 pm
- Saturday, McGill Lorne Trottier building entrance, 8:30am - 11am

You will also be able to sign up for Saturday's Special lunch session on "Experimental Economics and the Philosophy of Science" and to Sunday afternoon's Special sofware session (in order to have a box lunch prepared for you) at the registration table.

Boat Cruise Registration

An evening cruise on the St-Lawrence river with a 4-course meal served aboard will take place on Friday June 24th. All the information is detailed in the activities section of the conference schedule page.

Registration and payment for the boat cruise will be handled identically to the conference registration (click on the "Online Registration" button below or fill out the pdf registration form ), and the deadline has been extended to June 17th, 2005. You can pay for both the conference and the activity at the same time.

The cost of the activity is $75 CAD (taxes included).

Don't forget that the boat can only accomodate the first 170 participants who sign up, so make sure you register early!
