Le Québec économique 2012

As part of the launch of the fourth edition of the book: Le Québec Économique, we present interviews with some of the authors and collaborators.

Thanks to the contributions of many collaborators, the book presents an overview of the evolution of income in Quebec, both during the last decades and in the future.

It analyzes the trends in income and leans on its distribution, including asking how it is affected by taxes and transfers and, in general, by public policy. The authors also address the issue of low-income workers, and an update on the economic inequalities between different population groups: men and women, immigrants and non-immigrants, young and old.
