Louise Roy, President of CIRANO Board of Directors, was appointed Commander of the Ordre de Montréal on May 17th.
Ms. Roy is one of 18 personalities who have been awarded. The latter were appointed by the Executive Committee of the City of Montreal, on the recommendation of Mayor Valérie Plante.
